But if we can leave a mark,
create a memory worth preserving,
we have honored our profession.
At Al Coeur Du Village, we share an idea: cooking is more than
just combining flavors, welcoming you is more than a professional gesture.
We have decided that ‘cuisine’ is our motto
and a smile is our philosophy. In the menu,
you will find dishes that have always characterized Valdostan cuisine, as well as others of recent creation.

Our shellfish on the menu adhere to the cold chain:
Ensuring uninterrupted cold temperatures throughout all stages of the process, from catching to serving, guarantees the freshness and quality of the product.
All raw fish we serve is frozen at -20 degrees Celsius for 24 hours, in accordance with Ministerial Decree 17/07/2013.
