The passion for cooking, hospitality, combined with love for the Aosta Valley led Andrea and Marco, accompanied by Camilla, to take over this structure in the heart of La Thuile in October 2020, deciding to renovate it to ensure better hospitality and greater comfort for their guests.

Our Story

“A reality made not only of work but of people and smiles.”

Our story begins in the splendid Renaissance panorama of Florence, where the merchant Marco Nardi, driven by a passion for hospitality, decided to take over a historic restaurant called Ristorante Zibibbo. From here, a new adventure was born, not without its difficulties and successes, which led Marco and his children to open a second and a third restaurant in the heart of the city: Zibibbo 2.0 and Gan. Here, an idea of contemporary cuisine was born, ranging in search of new flavors.
