The passion for cooking and hospitality, combined with a love for the Aosta Valley, led Marco's son, Andrea, and his partner Giulia to take over this establishment in the heart of La Thuile in October 2020. They decided to renovate it to provide better hospitality and greater comfort for their guests.

Our story begins in the splendid Renaissance panorama of Florence, where the merchant Marco Nardi, driven by a passion for hospitality, decided to take over a historic restaurant called Ristorante Zibibbo. From here, a new adventure was born, not without its difficulties and successes, which led Marco and his children to open a second and a third restaurant in the heart of the city: Zibibbo 2.0 and Gan. Here, an idea of contemporary cuisine was born, ranging in search of new flavors.
